I am a certified Coach from BAO Elan Vital, where I integrated diverse tools such as:

  • Transactional Analysis;
  • Emotional Intelligence;
  • Psychophysical Techniques;
  • Symbolic Rituals.

I am a practitioner of sophrology and MBSR meditation for over fifteen years.

I continue to expand my coaching skills through ongoing training in coaching (Nonviolent Communication, Jungian Shadow Work, Kasala Method) and sociology and philosophy, which enrich my perspective.

I assist groups and managers in improving communication, navigating change or conflict, and developing their unique leadership style.
