Sometimes you reach a point in your life where you ask yourself:

  • Why don’t I feel good, not happy?
  • Why do I keep making the same choices?
  • How do I find meaning and pleasure in my life again?
  • Who am I?


It can feel like you’re stuck and don’t know how to proceed. It is precisely at those moments that it can help to search for answers together with someone. I would like to go on this journey with you.

As an integrative therapist, I offer you a warm, safe space where you can be yourself. Together we look at what is holding you back, at the thoughts and feelings that you find difficult, at what you are bothered by and we look for ways to understand this better, to deal with it differently. We often discover that old experiences and pain – especially those from your childhood – influence how you now stand in life and make choices. It is not always necessary to understand everything exactly, but by reflecting on what you think, feel, do and what you need, you can take steps towards the change you want.

Method

Trust is the basis for the success of the process. That is why you can first come by for a one-time, short introductory meeting. During that half hour we will see if there is a click or not.

​When we start the process, our starting point is to map out your wish or complaint together.

​My approach is completely tailored to you, because you are unique. That is why I use different ways of working that fit your situation and way of being. We have conversations, but we can also do exercises, such as mindfulness, Voice Dialogue, focusing or constellation work.

The goal is to help you to regain control of your life and gain more confidence in yourself.

Together we look for ways to better deal with what you find difficult, so that you can gradually find more peace, pleasure and satisfaction in your life. You learn to understand yourself better, you feel connected to yourself again and you discover what is really important to you, so that you can make choices in softness from freedom and connection.

​Whatever you want to work on, the starting point is always your story, which we look at without judgement to bring about change, acceptance or growth in the direction you want.
