Coach Brussels – Panagiotis Takis Stavrianos

About me – Coach

Hello, I’m Takis. I support adults experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, emotional challenges, and life transitions through an integrative mind-body approach. Together, we combine therapeutic conversation with yoga therapy, mindfulness, breathing exercises, and embodied practices to support lasting emotional and physical wellbeing.

How We Work Together

My approach is collaborative, person-centred, and trauma-informed. Together, we explore practical tools and mind–body practices that support balance, resilience, and lasting change.

My work is informed by Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy (IYP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), integrating psychological understanding with mindfulness and embodied practices.

IFS helps us understand the different parts of ourselves that develop through life experiences. Rather than judging these parts, we explore them with curiosity and compassion, helping you recognise emotional patterns, understand protective responses, reconnect with your inner resources, and cultivate greater self-trust.

Therapeutic Conversation

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where we can explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences with curiosity and compassion. Together, we work at a pace that respects your individual needs and supports greater awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

Yoga Therapy

In yoga therapy, I use movement, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness practices to support emotional and physical wellbeing. Every session is tailored to your individual needs, helping you develop body awareness, resilience, and practical skills for managing life’s challenges.

A Mind–Body Approach

I believe our experiences are held not only in our thoughts and emotions but also in our bodies. By integrating therapeutic conversation with mindfulness and embodied practices, I help you strengthen the connection between mind and body, supporting greater self-understanding, emotional balance, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself.
